Exclusive SilverMark 2+6+10 Year Limited Warranty
We are so confident in the quality of our work that
we offer an exclusive 2+6+10 year limited warranty.
Our unique warranty goes beyond what is required by
law and beyond what other remodelers provide. This
is one of the special benefits that only SilverMark
clients enjoy.
Here are the highlights of our Exclusive SilverMark
2+6+10 Year Limited Warranty:
We warrant items that local regulations require we
warrant for two years. This includes all labor and
materials. We warrant against there being any structural
defects for ten years.
Plus we provide the following SilverMark Warranty
Extras:
Some items that we are only required to warrant for
two or three years, we warrant for a full six years.
These include doors, door hardware, windows, siding
and exterior trim.
For emergency warranty work, we send someone to inspect
the problem within 24 hours, or sooner if possible,
and schedule the work on an ASAP priority basis.
Also, we do our best to prevent emergency warranty
work from ever being necessary. Prior to completion,
your project will be inspected by one of our owners
to make sure that everything related to the project
has been done to SilverMark’s high standards
of excellence.
Eleven months after completion, we will contact you
to schedule an inspection of our work. At this time
we make a list of warranty items that may have come
up since completion but were not reported by you. Things
that sometimes show up at this point, after a full
cycle of hot and cold seasons, include minor settling
cracks, nail pops, and door adjustments. We want to
make sure that not only does our work meet your high
expectations, but that our work meets our high standards
as well. We sometimes find items the homeowner missed.
If at any time you find a problem with something that
we did or provided, please contact us. We would be
happy to come out and inspect the problem and, in some
cases, we may fix construction-related problems at
no charge, even for items no longer covered by our
warranty.
